Our MISSION
Students can participate in the lab through enrolling in ANTH 180R: Race and Racism, ANTH 220: Human Futures, ANTH 480A: Material and Visual Worlds, or ANTH 480D: Global Social Theory. The lab is a collaborative space to help students develop research projects that address shared concerns about anti-racism, decolonization, and inclusive futures. Students develop projects together, participate in weekly lab meetings to discuss participatory research design, and participate in supportive peer review sessions. Students may enroll for extra credit hours to reflect their participation in the lab’s activities.
If you are not enrolled in any of the above classes, but are interested in participating in the lab, please email Professor Wolf-Meyer.
If you are a local community organization in the Southern Tier of New York and would like to participate in developing research opportunities for students that support the mission of the lab, please contact Professor Wolf-Meyer.
